Since you started watching of course.

I know 2011-2012 I watched one new thing (Sakurasou). If you don't include rewatches (of movies) - easily 9 months there and probably a few more 9 months every year until Fall 2013 where a certain show saved the hobby for me.

If you mean absolutely none, not even rewatches of movies, probably a month sprinkled throughout many years of my life. I'm not counting ages 5->10 or so when I watched a few episodes overseas.

I've asked a friend earlier this year to keep an eye out for good anime and I'd only subscribe in December of every year. I may really start doing that as I get more busy. I've been enjoying anime a lot ever since 2013 (2008-most of 2013 weren't amazing for me - just me, please - WA2/Shinsekai yori/"many others" are out there, no need to list <3, but when I think of how productive I was in Fall 2011~Spring 2013, it makes me want to only watch anime at the end of the year.

Probably about half a year. I was too busy with college and work, so I just put it off.

Well a lot of those old Saturday morning cartoons I used to watch as a kid were animated in Japan, and technically "anime." So I would say no more than 2 years or so. I'm sure I watched anime before I was even cognizant of what the cartoons even were about at all. Hell, probably before I could even talk.

As a teen and adult I probably haven't gone more than three months without catching at least some form of anime on tv. Whether it be Toonami or one of my own discs. Media was often damn hard to get a hold of prior to high speed internet!

A month. I thought it would be hard, but the more I focused on school, the less I had time for anything else. I only recently started getting back into it. I missed it oh-so much.

I would say about/around 6 months to a year.
It was around 2011, anime just stopped being interesting to me. The last anime I've watched back then was Higurashi and it was amazing and it wasn't until I've started watching anime again around August 2012 when Angel Beats was the most popular shit at the moment. I liked it though after that I went to watch Clannad then Chu2 and just kept going until now.

Taking a break from anime certainly rekindled my love for anime.

Likely a few weeks to a couple of months between seasons, or if a new season doesn't hold that much of interest to me. I'll occasionally go back and re-watch anime during those times, though, so it's tough to get an exact measure.

My longest verified break was 2 weeks spent in a hospital a few years ago

6 months when I was actively avoiding anime. I thought I had a problem addiction because I never found real girls attractive.
