Are you the type that chooses to be isolated or are not given a choice? Sometimes reality can be just that harsh but then there are you anime and manga lovers that choose to be like this simply because, "These people disgust me. They don't like anime or manga", isn't it?

Personally, this is how I've been even in general except I choose to be alone because most of humanity annoys me and I find it an annoyance that I have to be "human" with some of these people that can just make you do a face plant into the engines of a Boeing 747 airliner.

As much as I hate people I would go even crazier without any human contact....

Personally, I prefer my alone time. Some things force me out into public, but it's not so much that people disgust me, it's just that I'm an introvert. In-person socialization is exhausting.

Certainly there are times wherein i prefer my own company instead of others. And most of the time, i am alone. But I dont really mind other people's company as long as i'm interested in what we're talking about. I also find interacting with humans a bit exhausting and this makes me whiny and a pain in the ass. I guess i'm an introvert. I'm not scared of social situations, i'd just rather avoid them.

I like solitude. It is where I do my best thinking.

i usually don't think badly of people. i think that it's pointless. if i offend, it's usually for something that isn't that much of a big deal. i do however find that even alone, i feel like i have people with me... i can entertain myself and others whenever i feel like it. i'm not sure what isolation is supposed to be like but there is always plenty to occupy oneself with doing.

I like spending my time alone, as people usually bug me. That being said, I think I do appreciate some human contact every once in a while.
I don't like absolute solitary.

i prefer being alone lol. I have social anxiety so I get really nervous around other people.

I generally have a disgust for other people because of the amount of bigoted pieces of shit in the world.

I am alone at least 75% of the day if not more.

I chose to be alone just because. Also because I like my space
But that doesnt mean I dont crave human contact once in a while

Public me and private me are very different. No one in my day-to-day life outside my home has any idea that I am a big anime / manga fan, and, while they know I love video games, they have no idea that the games I love are mostly JRPGs. This is not so much isolation as it is being mindful of what to share and what to keep private, especially in an area as backwards – er, conservative as where I live.

I'm not alone or asocial offline, but in here I am. Do I choose it? Yes, and no. I had a lot of buddies, but I let it overwhelm me, and I began feeling guilty for not being active with pming and the gb with each and every one of them. (I was like only talking to one or two.) Then there was my group that I'd never completed that sat inactive. It got to a point where I couldn't manage to keep up with who was on my list or in my group. So... I decided to let them all go and not look back. I don't even want to restock it later on. It somewhat liberated me but also left me very sad to have burned bridges.

So, offline, I have a good social network, online, not so much. Will never know how to code and do those cute graphics, or want to. Its just not my cup of tea.
