So I'm currently about to get charged for 3 months, but I actually want to get charged for a full year. So I was wondering if there was any way to change it. Because it says that it's paid and pending fulfillment. However it hasn't charged my bank account. It also says that my next billing date is 3 months from now. If anyone know how to stop it from charging me and letting me upgrade, let me know.

You should contact customer service directly (and ASAP, so possibly they can halt the original charge, although I expect they could do an adjustment after the fact).

I've already sent a message through contact us 3 days ago, but I haven't received any replies. Is there another way to contact staff?

Have you checked your spam folder for any response from [email protected]? You should have gotten an automatic reply almost immediately, and it seems unusual that a billing question has gone unanswered for three days.

I did receive the auto reply, it just said to look at the FAQ section or forums for help. But I couldn't find something similar. I then replied to the message in hopes of getting a reply.
