This problem has persisted for days. I can connect to the service and get in my queue but no video will stream.

I've reset the router several times, but it hasn't helped.

Crunchyroll is the only service on this TV that isn't working.

The only way to "uninstall" the app is to reset all of Viera cast to default, which is kinda the nuclear option that I'm putting off.

Suggestions?

Anyone know of any updates on this forums post? I am new subscriber to CrunchyRoll and experiencing the exact same issue. It is becoming very frustrating that the video stops playing every few minutes and I have to continually close/restart the CrunchyRoll application via Panasonic SmartViera menu.

I was still having the issue earlier in the week, to the extent that it was impossible to watch, but as of last night it seems mostly resolved. Though not completely resolved, as the video did freeze up maybe 2 times in 2 hours of watching.
