Yanki-kun to Megane-chan has so much of a rushed ending that after reading it's last chapter, I spent 10 mins with google sensei just ensuring that it really had ended and that there was no more sequel.... It's ending just left too many unanswered questions...

I do not know if it was just me, but I felt the ending of Spice and Wolf season 2 seemed a tad rushed in terms of the ending, as well as the confession from Lawrence.

I'm holding off my opinion on it as story still hasn't ended yet. Anime's only covered 3 of 12 novel volumes with it's two seasons so there's chance that another season might come out (Or at least I hope so ) ...

Well, to be fair, it gets better as the light novels go on (and at the end of the second season of the anime). The true bad guys throughout are not the Angels\Christians, they are the fallen angels and those who seek power over others through the church.

As to manga suddenly getting a rushed endings, that is usually due to the publisher deciding to end the series. They let the mangaka know they are ending the run in x number of issues. This lets him wrap up the series. But, it is never as satisfactory as the series running its natural course.

thank you. i was getting mad at them

The anime adaptation of Brynhildr in The Darkness had a somewhat rushed ending. Plus the Manga is still ongoing.

I just marathoned the series yesterday. I was actually enjoying it quite a bit, then BAM!! So many questions left unanswered in the end like characters mysteriously coming back time to life. Bummer

I just think of a manga with a rushed ending is either the manga artist getting bored/sick of it, didn't know how to end it, or grown to hate it.

i don't think it was rushed; rather, the whole last few arcs of it were kinda, ya know, completely forgot the other main character. Until the ending. It was drawn out long enough imo.

It was lame lame lame lame lame lame lame lame

The ending of Defense Devil aggravates me to no end. I don't think that the creators even tried to hide the fact that they couldn't afford to spend much time on the end. The ending feels so half-assed that they might as well have had some drunk, 24 year-old piss on the pages.

Also, Cage of Eden feels rushed, but at least it's not like being vomit-sprayed in the face by the Exorcist girl (Defense Devil!).
