When I finish watching an episode on my iPhone, the queue doesn't update. I went on my history on my PC afterwards and the episode I just watched is watched last but no progress is made on that video. I've tried logging in and out, unistalling and reinstalling and have contacted support but I haven't gotten an answer yet. Anyone getting similar problems?

I'm having the same problem. Sometimes the video won't play either. I just downloaded the app too, so this is kinda disappointing.

I seem to have the same thing as well. It's lucky I know when the anime airs or I wouldn't check just thinking there isn't an episode this week.

Same for me too. I hope it's resolved soon because sometimes I forget about the new anime I'm watching because it won't reset >_<
Anyone thinking this might be a bug in the latest update for the app?

I've been having the same problem ever since the last update
I've also tried logging out and logging back in and uninstalling and reinstalling but my queue is still always one episode behind. It's frustrating.

also having this issue, i had to go back and set my computer to auto play to catch up and walk away for a couple hours.

frustrating but i cant complain, i get a great service for the once a year payment option so if it takes a bit Im not stressed too much, i just hope it comes.

have any of you opened a ticket or told someone about it?

If you use Chrome, beardfist's unofficial extension would allow you to mark individual episodes as watched/unwatched, along with various other useful features.

Same problem as well. I have done all the steps everyone else has and it's still one behind...
