i say everyone saiyan from dragonball ,Z,GT if u look at there normal hairs its always standing up! how is that possible cause it would take like 100 cans of hairspray to make it stand like that. i understand it standing up when they super saiyan cause of the energy but otherwise how?

Mugen in Samurai Champloo..he looks like he hadn't had a bath in ages.his hair kinda looks dead and needs a good conditioner...but it kinda fit him...he looks cool in it..
