Hello everyone,

I'm new here and pretty new to Anime also. I've watched the odd Anime movie which I've enjoyed and as a kid I grew up watching Pokemon.

I decided to watch some Anime and I actually came to really like it, so much I wanted to try this place.

So far I'm about half way through the season of Attack on Titans, which I really like!

So yeah, hello.

Hey, I too am kinda new to this whole scene. I've liked anime in the past, but always felt weird, embarrassed, etc. and hid it. But I finally gave in about two months ago and just dived into years worth of stuff I could have been watching, reading my whole childhood.
-My first anime was InuYasha when I was a kid, and my favourites now are: InuYasha, Attack On Titan, WataMote, Strawberry Panic (more so the manga than the anime), and Sword Art Online.

So yeah, hello

Hi hi ~
I've been watching animes for a long time now and I should really say that you should try some classic animes :3
I mean, the new releases are good too but I guess the old ones just have the sentimental feel towards me and it's really worth a shot trying it out :3

Welcome to the fandom and I hope you'll enjoy your stay <3

I'm gonna judge by your icon and say you would enjoy Hellsing. Not trying to insult you but you know it's actually a bad ass anime.

Thank you, I will be sure to check that out. Why do you think I may have been insulted?

I don't really know what kinds of genre you're into but you might like Fullmetal Alchemist, Death Note, Gintama and Code Geass :3

If it's any help (which I hope this is), I will list the top 3 shows I'm currently watching in order that I like them. If this helps people to narrow down their recommendations then that would be great.

1. Hunter x Hunter
2. Attack on Titans
3. Blue Exorcist

Hope this is of help and thanks for your input. It's much very appreciated.

I'm new to anime as well, but I already feel at home here on CR. I still have a lot to learn about it though.

Heyo sir~ Welcome to the anime fandom! I've been watching anime since I was 11. If you are into cutesy girly animes like me (that are mainly for kids ^_^') you should dive into the Mahou Shojo genre! I recommend Shugo Chara and Smile Precure!

Fullmetal Alchemist would be the best one to start with, in my opinion as I look at that list :3
