I used the contact form but it's said that premium members are given priority, my account is a premium subscriber but since I cannot use the account to put the ticket in to get priority I'm hoping someone on the forums can escalate the issue.

I tried recovering the account myself, and it tells me that the email is not found. I had not gotten a notice of an email change to my inbox, just multiple order confirmations for guest passes. I'm obviously withholding account details for security sake but if a mod could help out it would be greatly appreciated.

Support staff says they haven't seen a message from you (as LostMiracle). Did you complete the form or stop before sending?

Anyway, someone from there should be reaching out to you, so do keep your eyes open for email associated with this new account (check spam folder if you don't see anything).

I completed the form but used my original email and username in the contact fields, I have a confirmation in my email for the contact form so I'm assuming it was completed. When I created this post I wasn't comfortable leaving my username on a forum when I do not have control of said account anymore. Since my issue was noticed I'm a little more willing to give out more information if need be.

I was recently contacted by baels via PM. Thanks so much for the quick responses even though I know CR support is slammed currently.
