Pretty nice episode :D

Also has anyone else noticed the ED song or was it just me? It seemed really familiar, like was it a mashup/remix of something? My memory is failing me bad XD

Episode 1

First episode we get to see what it's like recording. we even hear Goku's VA in this pretty to cool. the funniest part was asking the pink hair girl to make it sound like she has big boobs how the heck is she supposed to do that? One thing that is true the MC needs to step it up if she wants to be a VA. the pony tail dude didn't have to be a dick when he told her that. well first episode and I already like it gonna continue watching.

You know, this very well may be widely seen as a seiyu-focused knockoff of Shirobako(I've seen quite a few people actually bag on this series for this), but for that I say good! Because the voice acting side of anime was woefully underrepresented in Shirobako itself! Shizuka, the aspiring voice actor in Shirobako's core 5, had easily the least amount of screentime out of the core 5 where they were actually working in their fields of choice. Sure she'd appear every now and then, but they basically barely covered voice acting in Shirobako, other than the bare basics.

So this kind of series still has a reason to exist.

Plus I like the MC(she kinda looks like Yuki Nagato to me, which also helps), and I thought the ED was really cute.

The world of voice acting and seiyuus are something I've been interested in for a while so I had to check this out. Seems pretty easy-going even though the opening hints at some of the rougher aspects. It's interesting its introduction of the ins and outs of the job.

That said, I think the protagonist is a bit too excitable at times.

I think its great that it has voice actors cast as themselves (in this case Nozawa-san) especially for this kind of anime.

So much this... Though it's more of a comedy than a drama, that's not the only difference.

I hope people realize the manga predates Shirobako as well. It is certainly not a copy. Masumi Asano, a seiyuu wrote it. Anyone bagging on this series as a knock off has no clue what they're talking about.

Episode 2

While Futaba and company are looking to break into the industry, they are taking part-time jobs with Futaba at a conveni and Ichigo working at a food packing factory. And here come the auditions where Ichigo has found out that it's extremely competitive business there. This show just continues to be really fun to watch here for all of the crazy things these girls go through all while teaching the process seiyus go through. But even if they don't land the roles, they still have other tasks with web radio as the three are going to be doing next time.

The lyrics have been changed up for the ending, and this time a theme song from Sayonara, Zetsubou-Sensei is sung.

Lol, Ichigo in a nutshell.

Fun episode again. The competition for becoming a seiyu for specific roles sure is tough.

That guy at the end sure was creepy. I hope he's legit. If he is, I guess a web radio show would be a good way to promote themselves.

Ah, the ending song changes every week.

It's got to suck to have your character suddenly killed off.
