/Anyone else having the problem of their show randomly skipping during the viewing? Also my first post so sorry if its in the wrong spot

It's happening to me on Apple TV but doesn't happen with the browser player on my PC. I was watching SAO II and in episode one alone every minute or so the image freezes but continues to progress through the timeline on the player. No audio, just a still image. Then around 8-11 seconds later it resumes but then I've missed that much of the scene as it just skips. Even if I try to restart, rewind to where I missed it's just a frozen image.

Same here.

Xbox 360 use to work fine, but now the video skips, and gets stuck in the load screen.

Any updates on a fix???

The Apps are still being effected, as it took an immense amount of work to simply get the website back up and given the fact the apps are basically an extension of the website, they will most likely be back up and running perfectly as soon as the tech team finishes repairing the rest of the websites features.

I would suggest following this link and messaging support directly, as they most likely have their hands extremely full and are unable to focus on reading forum posts

I don't think it has anything to do with the DDoS as months ago someone posted the same issue I am having.
