Hello, so when Crunchy launched kdrama and current premium members were given a free trial until the end of the year I gladly signed up yet that free trial ends today. Well I can't access my settings or the support page as neither will load. I doubt it is an issue on my end as I've tried numerous browsers/computers. I preferably would like to cancel before they automatically enroll me and I have to contact them for a refund. Anyone know their support email? Or if someone from CR that works jointly for soompi could cancel my membership that would be greatly appreciated!

SoompiTV may be suffering from the after effects of CR's recent DDoS attack.

Have you tried using their support page: https://tv.soompi.com/en/support?

I can not even open the support page. I'll just keep checking and whenever the site becomes functional again, I'll contact them. It is a monthly charge thus I'm not too concerned. Thanks for trying to help!

I don't know this for absolute sure, but I strongly suspect that [email protected] will work.

It opened for me, but took a minute or two, and was unstyled. Not entirely sure if it works in that state, though.
