Post Reply How to buffer videos better?

MY videos aren't buffering so well, but it seems everytime I go away from the computer for extended amounts of time, the video will stop playing halfway through and won't buffer, forcing me to reload the page. Tips?

It could take weeks... but my tip is that you should wait.

Is it related to the script kiddies crashing Crunchyroll or whatever?

"For our free users ~ you will have access to videos in HD on the site from now through the New Years weekend. You need to login or signup for a free account, and after that, you should be able to access any video available to free users in up to 1080p quality."

CR's player only buffers a small amount of content ahead of where the video is, so letting it sit won't do you much good. If you have an option to try a lower video resolution, that may help.

Other users have also had luck changing their DNS settings from their ISP's defaults to either OpenDNS or Google's Public DNS:
