Can someone pleeease help. I can stream episodes fine on my laptop, but ever since the hack yesterday I get an error message on Roku saying "video could not be played back, please check your account/settings". Sometimes it plays half the episode and then the message pops up and sometimes it pops up right away. Thanks to anyone who reads this.

I've moved this over to the Roku support forum.

My best guess is this is related to the DDoS attack CR is still recovering from. I know they are still working to get everything back up and running asap.

I thought there was something wrong with my Roku but apparently not. I'm getting the exact same error.

Me too...soooo frustrating...it played for 15-20 minutes a couple of times, but now it'll only play for about 30 seconds.

Ah, same story here! I'm dealing with my laptop right now... but...this thing heats up like a volcano when I watch anything.

Same exact issue here as well. this is terrible I got the free trial of premium and now I cant even enjoy it. I may or may not stick around. I hope they get it fixed quick!

Did Crunchyroll announced that they had any problems? Do you have an idea when they will have this resolved?

Same problem, I was able to watch a couple of things yesterday no problem, but then when i went to watch something else i started getting "Video cannot be played" errors. Still experiencing them this morning when I tried to set up Naruto for my dad, the error would pop up but you could still hear the opening theme playing in the background.
