Well for me the only reason I pay for CR is because of the Roku, ether way this is bull and I've been going down this now over a week

Still can't stream anything via the Roku platform or Panasonic Viera system (neither my Panasonic plasma nor Blu-Ray player).

It's been almost a full week since the DDoS attack, and while I understand CR isn't at fault, they need to get these issues dealt with.

Premium customer, here, and I expect certain things with my subscription like reliable service, and communication/compensation when this service is unavailable.

Premium customer here as well. Roku users had to deal with the horrible Roku app that was almost completely unusable not too long ago. Now we have to deal with this. I am a very unsatisfied customer at this point. Please get your act together and make your Roku users a priority Crunchyroll.

I suppose that the only alternative to having an unusable premium member account prepaid for a year would be to charge back my credit card for the entire amount if you can not restore the functionality to ROKU users. The lack of response to the ROKU device user community's concerns is totally unacceptable, but understandable from the poor business model of let them complain all they want since we already have their money, but we do have recourse. The credit card companies side with the users more than the merchants in cases where a service is paid for in full, but not provided.
So fix the issues with the devices and don't ignore the members concerns before the members are no more.

For whatever reason, Fist of the Northstar loaded tonight. No luck with Rowdy Sumo Wrestler Matsutaro or anything else at this time. Still sad, still wondering if there will be an update soon. If I go through a full billing cycle without service, I will cancel my service and I won't be coming back. I used to watch on the PS3, but then bought a Roku 3 so that I could actually watch Crunchyroll, since CR really doesn't work properly on a wireless PS3. Now this happens...

I have had the same problem on a Roku 3 since January 2-- a few seconds or even a couple of minutes of the program followed by loss of the video and sometimes loss of the audio as well, and the "cannot play video" prompt. Hope this gets resolved!!

I'm not able to watch video, I can hear the audio on some, or they won't load on Roku. It works fine on my laptop.

Crunchyroll still has to be still under some kind of DDOS attack. I am still experiencing the same symptoms across PC, iPad and Roku for the last few weeks..."Cannot play video" all the time. Any that do play quite a couple of minutes into the show and technical error pop ups but you can hear the audio then it eventually fails. One video played nearly the entire 24-26 min but error screen came up at the last 3 minutes and quit just the same.

I have hard set DNS to OpenDNS and Google public DNS addresses in several configurations. Rebooted COX modem and home network. All to not fix or work around the problem. If some resources are available stream for a limited amounted members I vote any available solution be applied to Premier members first. ヽ(#`Д´)ノ

I'm having the same problem with my IPAD too. However, there is no issue in my windows 7 pc. Looks like crunchyroll is ignoring us. I have sent 3 messages but with no reply other than the automated response.

I am experiencing the same problem on my roku 3. It doesn't happen on every show, but at least a large portion of them. I have tried hard resetting both my roku and my router several times. No luck. Like others this has been going on for almost a week now for me.

I think that I'm having a similar problem. I get the message that it can't play the video but I still have some audio.
