Fairly often I'll get weird stuck frames or ghosting I guess: (image contains spoiler for episode 19 of Samurai Flamenco)

It gets really annoying and happens a bit too often.

I'm watching at 720p, I sometimes watch 1080p and I can't remember if it happens more or less often, probably more.

Edit: Fixed the image, if it's cut off just right-click and view image.

If most people on CR are like me, they still can't see new images uploaded to CR.

It probably appears fine on your end because it is in the cache of your browser.

I fixed it by uploading to imgur. I had the same issue actually so that's why I put in on imgur.

Looking at the image, that is the type of result you get when part of the bitstream for the frame is missing. Back when I had satellite TV, I would see the same thing when it rained and either I didn't have my dish properly aligned or their was foliage blocking the path.

If you replay the video later and get the same result at the same spot, it is just a bad encode and needs to be reported. If where and when it happens changes during repeating viewing, however, it means packets are being lost in transit.

Just scrolled back to the same spot, no issue. It's odd because I have a really good connection: 30Mbps down! It's cable internet so weather shouldn't affect it, and the line to the apartment from the pole was replaced a few months ago.
