I have a Samsung Galaxy Note 2, it's running 4.1.1, I'm on Verizon, and I've tried both Wi-fi and my 4g data. I logged out and logged back in. And I've un installed and reinstalled the app. And I still can't watch any of the new releases. I can watch old content no problem. But for whatever reason the latest Cross Ange and Sailor Moon video refuse to play. Why am I paying for a subscription if I can't watch the shows I like?

Im having the same issue and ive tried it on 2 different android devices (phone and tablet). I've even tried the site from my phone. No dice. Its something they've got to fix. But its been going on since yesterday. Its very irritating.

I have also tried to play several animes today from my phone and my computer. I even uninstalled then reinstalled the app from my phone and is still not working at all.
