I'm still waiting for my SAO bag as well. Ordered on the 2nd during the sale. I did ask help desk and got the generic answer. Probably the last time I'm going to order from the Crunchyroll store, but I still watch anime on here.

So far mine hasn't shipped. I ordered the Kill La Kill, Sailor Moon, and Dragon Ball Z bags. The first two just say unshipped, but the DBZ says awaiting preorder. Has anyone got that one yet?

Ordered the SAO bag Dec 5. Unshipped.......also waiting on my Nico Yazawa nendoroid to be shipped :-/ Can't say I'm happy to wait since it said shipping time 1-2 weeks when I ordered it (the bag) and still no word on Nico chan :-(

I ordered "Crunchyroll Messenger Bag + Sword Art Online Mystery Bag" on Dec 2nd, 2014 and it was shipped on Jan 8th, 2015. 39 days to ship, but I'm just happy it's on the way!

As far as the contents goes from those who have received theirs and are disappointed. 1) It's a mystery for a reason. 2) The value of the merchandise is the RETAIL price and not the discounted/wholesale price. The way I look at it if I get one thing in it that I might have spent money on to begin with than it is a win for me.

To Gafennec, the tracking information is managed by FedEx. That was the case for me as well as some others too. I would recommend entering the tracking number at FedEx.

I got mine today, and got the same SAO items as everyone else. Man, in hindsight, I would have gotten the Kill la Kill pack instead.

Thanks. I started to track the Fedex shipment and now PO'd with Fedex. It took from Sunday to Wednesday to get to Location X. And then Yesterday to Today to Atlanta which is less than 15 miles? How did they send the bloody thing? Mule?????

I went ahead and canceled my order of a KLK and SAO bag. Just took way too long to ship, nothing personal against Crunchyroll.

They are called "Mystery" bags for a reason guys but I do want to warn everyone, I looked at the videos that people posted and went out and found/bought most of the items and messenger bag (2 local anime shops and another game shop had the stuff) for about $52 after tax. Of course the bag doesn't have the logo on it, but it's essentially the same. So if you bought the bags on sale, that's not a bad value, but it's supposed to be $100 retail and... yeah that's not even close to accurate.

I have no problems with the items they shipped to people (I think it's neato stuff and the bag is great), but they really shouldn't hype the bag up as being worth that much money when it plainly isn't. Just misleading.

Regardless, I will be buying another bag the next time they run something like this again (assuming they are better prepared shipping-wise this time).

how convenient for CruchyRoll to send me an email to let me rate and write a review about the messenger bag. I was going to rate it 3 out of 5 and write a review about it, but now its sending me error page as if that whole messenger bag deal has never existed! Thank You CrunchyRoll!

That happens when a product is no longer available for purchase. The page/listing may still exist for the mystery bags, but it's not accessible to users.

So, lucky. I bought the 2 Mystery Bags the last December 4th, 2014. The status of the order right now is "Paid, Pending Fulfillment". I was thinking to cancel the order, and never again fall in this trap.

I ordered mine on December 4th and still havne't gotten it yet. Meanwhile I've sent messages to support and they havent replied back about the shipping date
