I listen to KPOP. I don't need to be all angry to lift (unlike others lol). I prefer to listen to something happy and upbeat.

T-ara's "Sugar Free" has helped me many tired mornings. Not working out, but getting myself to the bus, and getting to school.

Also, Shabondama by Morning Musume. Something about the pounding drums that just gets me moving.

When I use to work out, I Listened to 80's Thrash and 90's Rap. Headbangin n jogging go hand in hand!

(they really don't, I've been told numerous times I looked like an idiot)

I don't go to a gym, but I do workout at home. I listen to mostly the same music I'd listen to if I weren't training, except for a few sad songs I try to not listen to while I'm trying to get things done. Right now, that's mostly Saosin, SKSK, Ivoryline, along with a little Of Mice and Men, Secret and Whisper, and of course anime soundtracks.

*fist bump*

I love that song! When it was just released I had "Sugar Free" on repeat while I lifted or while I did interval sprints.

I normally listen to Daft Punk, the Bloody Beetroots, Deadmau5, or Hollywood Undead, but I like to change it up sometimes.

Ah.. I used to listen to a lot of Korn, Powerman 5000 (lol), certain rap music.. Mostly things like Krizz Kaliko, Tech N9ne, things like that.. Lyrics that got me going. A lot of heavier stuff.. Maybe some In Flames, or Killswitch Engage.. Or Soilwork... Or, just some other type of rock.

90% of the i generally listen to anything edm. Trance, electronic, trap, house.. but lately I've been hooked with dj-jo and his crazy remixes from a whole bunch of anime op's and games.
Here is his YouTube chanel: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCGKlNzrejpOrTh5a5I12i6A
