Has anyone had an issue with the Wii U crunchyroll app recently. It was working fine in the beginning but recently the videos have either not been loading or stops somewhere after a few seconds and go to the next episode. Everything else connectivity wise works fine on the Wii U

I've moved this over to the Site Support / Minor Questions forum. You'll see there and in the other support forums for specific devices that CR is still experiencing some residual effects from a DDoS attack.

I'm not sure your specific problems are related to that, but perhaps others also using a Wii U will speak up.

I also have been having problems with Crunchyroll on the Wii U. Crunchyroll works great on my PS3, iPhone, and mac, but on the Wii U it sometimes won't even load a video (it hangs at the spinning circle) and on the very rare occasion it does work, the videos pause frequently to buffer. Skipping through videos mostly doesn't work either.

Since it works fine on every other device, it has to be a Wii U-related issue.

Exact same issue here, and my WiiU is both next to my router and works perfectly fine on netflix. Each episofe works for about thirty seconds then gets stuck loading, clearky a problem with the app.

I am having the same problem here. Until yesterday my App was working great but today all my shows are not loading for streaming.

I'm having issues as well. Everything else on the Wii U (and all other devices) works perfectly but the crunchyroll app keeps coming up with error 102-2106 and saying it can't connect to the internet when it can, and it actually often plays the video through this message and continues playing afterwards. The problem seems to be intermittent, but the inconsistency means I can't really watch more than one full episode at a time before I have a 12-14 hour connectivity issue.

I've begun having problems too, it was working fine until recently, but now it hardly loads any videos.

I have had this issue. Comes and goes since the release. Only on the wii U app. I stopped our membership a few months ago. We are trying it again, and it is better. But it still jumps once in a while. We are also having issues with the Queue list not matching, or reverting back to an earlier date. Makes it hard to bookmark anime we are currently watching.

Until today, I've had my account linked to my Wii-U app and it worked fine. However, the app on the Wii-U is not letting me stream anything. Says I need a premium membership, which I do have.

Not sure on how to fix this.

Have you tried logging out, deactivating the /acct/?action=devices, and logging back in?

I have.

I guess I can try uninstalling and re-installing.
Under my account settings, it appears that I don't have any devices.

Are you sure you logged in with the same account you're using on the website, and not a duplicate you may have accidentally created through the app?
