It just wouldnt happen.....mostly because of the below reason...

Although i do travel a lot and totally understand where you are coming from, i am pretty sure that a lot of the viewers watch it from their homes, whether it be on a game console/media stick/smart tv/computer/or just on their home wifi.

Good intention, but unfortunately this wouldnt happen.

Will never happen. Sites like crunchyroll are able to stream shows because they have the license to do so, but if they allowed everyone to DOWNLOAD the shows, then it would encourage piracy because people could potentially go and upload those shows anywhere they like.

While I don't think that this is possible due to licensing costs, it would make the cost of membership worth it as a European.

Basically that's what you can do with iTunes. You buy/rent your downloads.

Either that or Netflix where you can rent it on DVD or Bluerays.

You'll notice that neither let you have nearly unlimited downloads for a flat rate.
