When I watch some anime on my crunchyroll app on my iPhone 6 it randomly freezes!!! Then when it starts again it skips ahead nearly 30 seconds then when I try to rewind it won't let me and it does it again..... This is very frustrating and all I want to do is watch some Fairy Tail...... I was thinking about getting premium for crunchyroll but if this persists then I don't know.... Is anyone else having this issue!?!?!? Please help me!!!!!!!!l

It's been happening for a while with no response from CR team, I'll be canceling my subscription 5 days from now if it's not resolved by then.

Yeah having same issues. It does it for anything watch. It's like I'm watching something it's going good then screen freezes but timer is still counting as if video is playing then jumps ahead to where timer is and missed whole chunk of video. So frustrating.

I'm having this issue on second most recent and most recent versions of the app for IOS on my iPad.

It is at the same point I think too. It is as if it loads the episode, plays it, then shows me where it is at some random point so it seems like it skips. So instead of loading and showing, it just jumps to random points and shows me it there.

Same issue for me as well with an Apple TV ver2 with current update. I've tried contacting support and nothing back from them at all. I'm also very frustrated with the CR people for this. There a lot of posts for all kinds of devices users have used without issues to access CR content and are now unable to watch their anime without issues.

That CR people cannot take 5 minutes and post a formal site issue post and explain what they believe is the problem and what they are trying to do to fix and and estimate on when they think they will have it done by is, in my opinion, horrid customer service showing zero respect for their customers.

This started for me right after they got hacked.... Has it been happening longer for you guys or no?? Cause when the CR came back up I started watching again and this started happening!!!!! CR STAFF PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!! I am very frustrated and disappointed in CR right now.....
