So,


I had a monthly membership purchased for Crunchyroll and everything was kosher. I get on one day only to find that all my Order History had mysteriously disappeared, my membership was gone, and my Queue had vanished.


Went to purchase a new membership and the portal was claimed to be down. Contacted Support and still no response.


Am I the only one having this issue?

My queue is still there but no thumbnails load for me anywhere on the site between the hours of 3-5am. And comments are disabled globally, I think they are still having issues.

Your profile is still showing you as an Anime Member (e.g., a premium membership for anime only).

Crunchyroll has been having issues with the devices since the DDoS attack, and images were borked site wide for a while, and probably a few other things, but most of that (not the device streams) should be fixed now.

All the problems you report would be the result of the system not recognizing you as signed in (as even if you were no longer a premium member, that wouldn't affect your order history or queue).


Support is usually short-staffed on weekends, and with the ongoing problems with device streams, they've probably been flooded with complaints they will have to start catching up on today.


If you haven't already done so, try logging out and logging back in again.

You see, I tried relogging over and over to no avail. I still am not recognized as having an order history or any of that. And probably the reason you see me as a member is because my newly renewed membership took effect.
