This should be resolved soon, if it hasn't been already. The offer was part of a promotion through a third party partner, and should not have still been available. On our end we were told the promotion would be honored for you, though, giving you the in-game currency. If that still hasn't happened I would recommend you continue pursuing customer service with Supremacy 1914 and/or Super Sonic.

We do offer these sort of promotions through marketing partners from time to time, so it isn't a form of scam, just the result of a partner company working with Super Sonic and accidentally leaving up an expired promotion.
