Hey guys,

Today, this weird licensing issue has began occurring. Animes like One Piece, Fairy Tail, Cased Closed and Your Lie in April are giving me the message: "Availability Information: Sorry, due to licensing limitations, videos are unavailable in your region." And yet, I can watch Absolute Duo (which I know for sure to not have been licensed in US yet).

I live in the United States and have watched these animes without any type of problem before until today. Not sure if maybe this is a crunchyroll problem?

Assistance please, anyone? :)

Thanks!

Did you visit a foreign country recently? Try clearing your cookies and try again. Also go to (nearly) the bottom of the contact support page and look to see what country is detected (in light gray) /help?topic=contact

If after clearing cookies, it still detects other than the US, then you may have an issue with your IP address not resolving correctly and you may need to contact support. (which unfortunately will likely take some time with all the other site issues right now).
