You'r PC freezes or just the crunchyroll media player?

If it's your PC the one that freezes, try cleaning it a little, ccleaner or give it some virus scan, it can be because of multiple factors,
pc slowness, virus, trojans, ram, etc.
If it's crunchyroll media player, try cleaning you'r browser cache and history, i also recomend ccleaner to clean the cookies and stuff,
then try again.

Hope it helps a little.

Just the player on crunchyroll freezes I've tried clearing my history, cache as well as deleting cookies but the player sometimes will just randomly freeze as if it's not loaded/ loading even though my internet speed is over capable of streaming a video so I'm not sure what the problem is.

I also have flash and everything I can think of up to date in updates.

Now that you mention it, i think it happened to me once,
and it was due to my connection being with problems causing internet lag spikes.
Try watching anime from another internet source and see if it happens.

I've seen indications before the the Pepper Flash used in Chrome sometimes has problems with Crunchyroll. Do you have another browser on your system with Flash installed that you can try? (If you have Windows 8.1, IE comes with Flash integrated, just like Chrome).

I use Firefox, but if the video does stall, I find moving the slider back a bit (to an earlier point in the video...even less than a minute will do) will typically restart after a short wait.

Try emptying Flash's cache via its settings.

I'm not aware of a sure fix. You could try resetting the settings in Chrome, or uninstalling and re-installing, but I have my doubts about those resolving the issue. Some people have apparently had luck with disabling the built-in version of Flash and adding the external version, but that seems rather kludgey to me.

If you are not averse to Firefox, the best fix for now might be installing it (and Adobe Flash, since it doesn't have it built in) and using it for viewing CR videos.
