I like most sweet things (except cake is so-so, mostly because I don't like most frostings), but doughnuts have to be my favorite, especially apple and peach fritters.

this yellow mung beans dessert (it's an Asian dessert). it's hard to cook, because most of times, people end up overcooking the beans so they aren't as crunchy. (but you don't want to undercook the beans, otherwise you'll have problems digesting them)

but I know this Asian dessert place that's like 10 minutes near me. it costs like $5 per bowl. it's the only place that cooks this right (95% of the beans are not overcooked and still retained its crispy/crunchy texture)

Corn dessert. You grate raw corn and turn it into a dessert. Can also add tapioca to enrich the flavour.

Sweet tofu dessert. Ok I hate tofu more than anything, but I don't mind tofu when it's used in a dessert XD.

These aren't official names, I don't even know what their official English names are lol.

Sponge cake with fruit <33
All my friends are like, "ew, fruit, I came here for cake"
But I'm the one baking, so I shove some fruit in there anyway. I really don't like frosting either, so it has to be whipped cream, or a lighter type of frosting.
Other cakes can be prettier, or have more high end things, like mousse or ganache, and all patisserie is beautiful to me, especially when lined together like gems in a jewelry box. But a sponge cake with fruit. To me, that's the basis of a delicious, beautiful looking cake.
