Over the past week or so I have encountered a very annoying problem with the Crunchyroll App on my Xbox One. When you open the App there is 3 selections on the left side of the screen: "My Queue", "Anime", and "Drama".

While I am on one of these 3 selections and the box is highlighted, I cannot move my joystick to go up, down, left or right. This makes it difficult to pick the show I want to watch. However, since I have the Kinect, I can voice activate onto the right side of these 3 options and move my joystick and navigate freely (which indicates the problem is not on my end or with my controller).

I have not found any similar situations, is this a common problem, and better yet, does anyone have a solution?

Bump - I'm having a similar problem. Can't navigate the xbox one app with the joystick on the controller. Voice is the only thing working. I can hit the home button and navigate fine outside of crunchy roll.

Try to uninstall the app then reinstall it, worked for me.

Highlight the app in your home page, click the "select" button, and quit the app.
