On September 21st 2014, I ordered a Naruto Track Jacket for pre-order at the Crunchyroll Store. The estimated arrival is November 30th 2014, but it's January 2015 and I still haven't received the jacket. I contacted the store twice, and I still haven't received the answer I wanted. I sent in two tickets requesting a new estimated arrival, but I received the exact same reply from the store about the item instead of a definite answer. Can I please have a new date so I can stop asking for questions from the store? I'd appreciate it if I can know if it's delayed due to Ripple Junction or the holiday.

CR is unlikely to name names if any specific vendor is at fault for a delay.

If the response was "we're still waiting on stock to arrive," then they would probably like to know when the product is coming in too.
