I'm mad right because I just found out a couple of minutes ago that my membership expired, even though the card I use to pay for Crunchyroll works just fine. I have plenty of money for my membership fees every month, plus for other thing as well. I was never notified that they had any problems. Has this happen to anyone as well?

Same here, haven't heard back from support yet. Are you able to manually renew it? I can't, it gives me an error about an invalid coupon code.

I've moved this over to Site Support, in case someone who can help you sees it, but have you used the Contact Us link yet to see what's going on? Choose Billing as the issue, and they should be able to help fix things.

Thanks for moving it. I've reported it but as Premium instead of Billing. Is there a way to change that after the ticket's been made?

It tells me that I can upgrade my membership back to premium, but I'm not going to until I find out why was there any problem with billing. 2 years I've paid every month and now you are telling me that something went wrong. I don't think so, I know how to manage my money and pay my bills on time.

That's fine if you did that, I was just asking every on Crunchyroll if this happen to them. And yes I message them already, I'm still waiting on a reply back from them!

Are you kidding me every other forum on site help is getting help! I'm still twiddling my thumbs around like an a## waiting for someone to at least try to help! I'm sorry for my language but this problem is really annoying me, and the fact I support what you guys have been trying to do for a while and this is what I get.

As has been pointed out, payment issues are not handled on the forums. While some of our support staff do check out the forums frequently, the chances are less in the weekend (actual tickets coming in through /contact have priority).

This forum was originally ment to ask people around Crunchyroll on the general forum if they had this problem as well. Until it was moved to site help, which was fine since I don't have controll over anything. But waking up to see that someone replies back while I'm a sleep, and being a little smart in the beginning of their sentence isn't a very nice wake up. I would have been fine if you told me no one works on the weekend but Monday when they get in you will be somewhere on the top of the list as long as you went through the proper procedures.

By the way, I don't see anything wrong with your account. Looking up what went wrong with your failed payment is beyond my powers though.

I had to renew my Premium membership yesterday with the same card that is on my account because no one would write back. I understand that you have no power to check what went wrong, but I guess I assumed wrong that you could have talk to your fellow co-workers about this. Unless they don't work weekend then someone could have told me that. Please understand that yesterday I was in the middle of finsihing the new episode of "Log Horizon" when it stop, I refresh the page and it tells me I need to upgrade my account to watch this. I was never notified that there was any issue with payment.
