Hey, I like animes where people get suck inside a game or in another world. I've seen and absolutely loved .hack//, Log Horizon, No Game No Life, and Sword Art Online. Anyone have some recommendations for what I should watch next?

I guess there are not that many popular and good series out there which match that genre. Why dont you try out some "realistic" animes? For example Zankyou no terror, Psycho Pass, Tokyo Ghoul, Steins;Gate etc. (by the way I like the series listed here). Also I would like to point out Steins;Gate because it is about the consequences of time travelling and can change direction very quickly. So if it seems boring in the beginning please keep on going!

Also try out something completely different that you dont expect to like. For example Nagi no asukara. I actually thought that is not that kind of anime I want to watch. Also after 5-8 episodes I felt like stopping to watch this series. But I for whatever reason kept on going. And in the end I had a very nice experience. I actually love this show. I mean it lacks the action completely but I enjoyed having the need to be satisfied while not being satisfied.

The Rotten Sushi tag stuck. Not necessarily all game immersions, but situations where characters have been put somewhere they didn't plan to be.

None of these focus on games, but all have boys waking up in unfamiliar environments:

- Familiar of Zero (Japanese boy becomes magical pet of girl in world ruled by magic)
- Ambition of Oda Nobuna (boy becomes stuck in alternate-history world where Oda Nobunaga and all his top daimyo are female)
- Rosario x Vampire (human boy gets trapped at school for monsters--not a great show, unless you love fan service)
- Angel Beats (boy gets stuck in odd version of afterlife, where kids are battling it out at school)
- Eden of the East (Amnesiac-variant: boy wakes up to find himself stark naked, in Washington DC, holding only a gun and a cell phone, and with no memories)

There is also the "boy discovers own world isn't exactly what he thought it was" variant. Several shows fall in that category, including:

- Witch Craft Works
- Meloncholy of Haruhi Suzimiya
- Accel World

Btooom... not really stuck in another world, just stuck on an island xD

you could also try Ixion Saga DT, Warning: it's more of a parody of those shows listed... but it does have a serious story on the side lol.

C: the soul of money and possibility control: The Japanese government was rescued from the brink of financial collapse by the Sovereign Wealth Fund. For its citizens, however, life has not improved and unemployment, crime, suicide, and despair are rampant. Kimimaro, raised by his maternal aunt after the disappearance of his father and the death of his mother, is a scholarship student whose only dream is to live a stable, ordinary life. One day he meets a man who offers him a large sum of money if he will allow his "future" to be held as collateral. From then on his fate is radically altered as he's drawn into a mysterious realm known as the Financial District, where he must compete in weekly tournaments called "deals" in order to keep his money and avoid losing his future.

Persona 4 animation: Persona 4 takes place in a rural town named Inaba. There have been mysterious murders occurring whenever there was fog after heavy rain. There were also rumors about a channel on television airing only at midnight called Mayonaka TV, during which it is said that one can see his/her "other half" when staring at the TV screen. After hearing about a recent unsolved murder which occurred during the fog, the characters—Narukami, Chie, and Yosuke—discuss how each of them had attempted to watch the mysterious TV channel and witnessed the murder victim. The protagonist later realizes that during midnight when the channel is on, his body can phase into his television set as a gateway to enter another world infested with shadows. After discovering this, they all decide to explore. When first completely entering the world, dazed and confused, Narukami meets Teddie. Mayonaka TV and the town murders seem to have a connection. The murder victims may be merely victims of Mayonaka TV. Everyone decides that they will together try to solve the mysterious murders by exploring the hidden world of Mayonaka TV.

Accel world: The year is 2046. Haruyuki Arita is a young boy who finds himself on the lowest social rungs of his school. Ashamed of his miserable life, Haruyuki can only cope by indulging in virtual games. But that all changes when Kuroyukihime, the most popular girl in school, introduces him to a mysterious program called Brain Burst and a virtual reality called the Accel World.

Outbreak company: Shinichi's mission is to bring "otaku culture" to this new world in order to facilitate effective commerce between the two worlds. As an expert in anime, light novels, manga, and dating sims, Shinichi is revered and admired in the new world, and an unexpectedly fulfilling real life awaits him!

Dog Days: Republic of Biscotti faces a predicament by the invasion of Galette Leo Knights. In order to save the country, Princess Milchore summons a "hero" from the outer world. Cinque, a junior high school boy living on the Earth, is chosen as the hero.

Mondaiji-tachi ga Isekai kara Kuru Sou Desu yo? Izayoi Sakamaki, Asuka Kudou, and You Kasukabe have tremendous psychic powers and are bored with the regular world. An envelope arrives for each person, and when each opens their envelope, they are stunned to see the scenery around them change to a world they had never encountered before. They've been summoned by the Black Rabbit to help the the community "No Name" to overthrow the Devil King.

Btoom! In the blink of the mind's eye, Ryouta Sakamoto suddenly finds himself transported from playing the hit Btooom! video game to being stranded on a mysterious island, equipped with a day's worth of provisions, a bag of bombs, a strange crystal embedded in his left hand and a huge gaping hole in his memory. But it doesn't take long to figure out what's going on, especially after the first person Ryouta meets tries to kill him. Someone is attempting to recreate the ultra-violent Btooom! game in real life, and the island has been filled with an army of other unwilling players, each armed with one of the multiple variants of explosive weapons called BIM. Fortunately, Ryouta's an ace Btooom! player, but this insane version of the game has no reset switch or second lives, and there's only one way off the island: kill seven other people before they can kill you! Can Ryouta repurpose his game based skills fast enough to survive?

So if you are looking for more of a fun experience where the characters use more of logical to solve otherworldly issues like governments, similar to No Game No Life!, I highly recommend Mondaiji-tachi ga Isekai kara Kuru Sou Desu yo?, and C: the money of soul and possibility control.

If you are interested more of Sword Art Online, but don't mind more of a darker series, Btooom! and Accel World is right up your alley.

Let me know if any of these recommendations help you out

No one has recommended this one so I'll just say it ...

Overlord
Overlord is a 13 episode anime based around a character who gets stuck in a video game. His NPCs take on real personalities, and the main character, Ainz, takes on an antagonist like role. It's really intersting to see a main character which is also an antagonist, so you might want to check it out. It isn't as good as Log Horizon, but I think it's better than SAO.
