I get a 'This webpage is not available' from all browsers when i try and go to www.crunchyroll.com. I am able to get here through a proxy right now using proxysite. This started happening during the DDoS issues over the holidays. I was wondering if perhaps my ip was in some sort of ip range that was blocked.

Normally this wouldn't be an issue but I have a subscription to this website and i don't particularly desire to pay for a site I can't access :). I hope that over the next week you will be able to respond. If a support person needs my IP address thats fine just respond and i'll send a message directly. Id rather not put it out on a public forum.

These are some questions that might help provide more information:
-What country/region are you located?
-What's your ISP?
-Are you using a DNS service other than your ISP's defaults?
-What browser are you using?
-Do you have any extensions installed, and have you tried disabling them to see if that improves website access?

Customer service prioritizes tickets over checking the forums, so if you would prefer a response from a representative, I'd suggest using the /contact form.

Open a command line (Run - cmd) and run the command "ipconfig /flushdns"

If that does not help, try adding Google's public DNS service in our router (8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4).
