I've submitted twice in the Contact Us form and have not received a reply. I want my subscription cancelled. It charged me $6.95 which I don't even understand what it is for. Is it premium membership? It still asks me when I log in to my PS4 for the trial for premium.

I've also included a screenshot of the account charge on my second email.

What 1 or 2 days and see what happens. Give them some time. It usually takes a few days for them to answer. You should try again if they dont answer after 4 days. That would be too late.

Twice. First time nothing for three weeks. That's when I sent it again. It's been about a week.

Did you check your spam folder possibly? A lot of times CR mails get filtered out that way. For instance, on Yahoo, I had to add [email protected] to my contacts list to get their mails to go to my inbox.

Yes I have. I've checked constantly and I've received no reply whatsover. What the weird thing is that my billing information is not in my profile. However I still got charged and I would've cancelled already but I can't do it since it's not in my profile.

It is weird that you don't even get the automatic acknowledgement from crunchybot... Does it say "verified" in green after your email address here: /acct?action=emailpw If it does, then I don't have any more guesses...

Yes it does. I got the notification each time I submitted through Contact Us.

You're account is saying it's normal right now (unless you issue was just recently resolved). Did you do a trial why it would have possibly charged you the $6.95? (It charges after the trail period ends if you don't cancel). And with your account being normal (as far as I'm seeing it right now) that is why it asked during your log in to the PS4. Also if you go to Community Staff and look under Crunchyroll Customer Support, PM one of that and see what they say. Hopefully you'll get a response quicker. Plus, the way they handle things is they give priority to premium members before non-premium so that might be a factor as well.

Was your billing information ever in your profile?

If not, are you sure you don't have another account linked to the payment method that was charged?

I did some type of trial since i signed up through my PS4 but I never really saw any of my info transfer to my crunchyroll profile. It does however show what devices I'm signed into so it should be the same account. I'll try to PM one of the support staff. Thanks.

No my billing info was never in my profile. That's what so strange. I don't have another account for crunchyroll and I logged in with the same email for all devices.

You most likely managed to create a second account on a PS3 with a different email address associated to it.
Do you have a secondary email address that starts with a 'j'?

I contacted them on like December 30th or 31st and still never got a response - o - (minus the automated one)
Different reason though. (certain shows would glitch if I paused too much, and some became unabled to play on my device. :/ It'd be nice to get a human response on the issue. :/)

If you walk away for extended periods of time, it's better to end playback and restarting it using the resume functionality.
