It doesn't look like you are currently a premium member. Are you being billed? If so, do you have another account maybe?

On my Credit Card statement it says member 415-503-9235 CA and has a charge, I hope that helps.

It is very likely that you have created a second account, for example via a PS3.

If you have any other email address you might have used for that, please provide it to our support staff when you /contact them about this.

It appears they probably created a second account and don't remember the login info for it (or even remember they had the account).

Sometimes users have an account on the site but mistakenly create a separate one when they start the app for the first time on their consoles or phones. They then start free trials and subscriptions through that device and end up with charges to their cards they can't track through the account they are using for the website.

You don't seem to be a premium member.
If you have a secondary account, as described above, log into that one first, and then go to the settings menu at the top right of the page.
You must be logged in to post.
