I order mine on the tenth and it still hasn't even shipped. Could you not at least add a little to the value due to the horrible wait?

Man I wish all Moderators where as good as Loveless100 of all the trouble I have had. they are the only one I have seen Trying to inform the customers at all. Crunchy hire more like.

Loveless is an employee of Crunchyroll, while moderators are volunteers who are given the option of a comped premium membership for their time.

I think I said it in another thread, but I don't think Loveless100 has been added to the /staff page, and I think a couple other of the newer guys and gals might not be listed either.

Thanks for the update. I was getting a bit worry, since I had another unfortunate unfilled purchase with another company this week. So good to see that Crunchyroll is staying on top of things and letting us know what's going on! I have heard about the strike too, but I didn't link it to the timing of this purchase. *sigh* My item wasn't shipped yet either, but at least now I know why. Not much you guys can do about a third party strike. Looking forward to when all the shipping problem is solved.

Finally got my SAO bundle today. ordered on dec 3rd. so. guessing others that ordered around then should be getting theirs soon. got a message on the 19th, so about a week to ship. (The tracking number only worked for the last 4 however, as USPS didnt get info on it till the 23th, not sure what company shipped it there)

I haven't heard of anyone receiving their DBZ bag yet. Is this one that is a little harder to fulfill? I will sit back and wait since it seems everything i order to my address either takes forever or gets redirected to another city with the same name as mine in a different state.

While user [vinylcomic] wrote that he/she was only venting jealousy, I do find it legitimately inappropriate that orders for an identical product that were placed a day or more after mine are being fulfilled first - this is not proper. In most cases, and indeed in circumstances such as these, businesses have an obligation to their earlier customers, and serving later customers first offends and insults.

For example, imagine you went to a restaurant, took a seat, and placed an order. Five minutes later, two people sit down at the next table and each of them orders exactly what you ordered. Now, if they are served their meals first, and the waiter informs you that they have not even begun to cook yours, how do you feel? This is very similar to shipping products out of order.

Haha you pretty much nailed my thoughts exactly. Especially since a few posts above, a guy states that he received his bag he ordered on the 3rd of December. Whereas my bag I ordered on the 2nd of December is still marked as "paid, pending fulfillment"

I ordered mine on the 4th of december but the status is still unshipped.May I know what are the status of the bags?Has the supplier shipped the bags to you guys yet?

Mine still just says "Paid, Pending Fulfillment" on dec 11. 45 bucks well spent id say.
