If it's not tacky, I don't care. But if the show itself sucks, I'll drop it after a few eps just like anything else. That said, Trinity Seven was one of my favorite shows of the fall season, because it was fun and light and funny and the lead was not an annoying child or whiner. Personally, I fail to see what sexual orientation has to do with it - I think it's more about maturity level as a human being, on a ton of different levels.

Depends on the show, for me! Essentially, as long as there are good characters and a solid plotline, I'll watch it. Good humour will pass the test as well. That being said, we all have our limits - though I have yet to come across ecchi that I find excessive, this is probably due to the fact that ecchi isn't my first choice. I think in the end, it comes down to individual preferences, regardless of sex or orientation, but I can see why you would be curious about this.

Sometimes there can be too much of it, though I don't mind Ecchi in the least. I actually like it, simply because it's usually funny and tongue-in-cheek and a good way to get a good laugh in when the day has been way too serious.

However, here lately I've really been trying to find the 'wtf am I looking at" ones, only because my best friend is male and I enjoy his comments. I don't think I've ever laughed so hard as to when I got him to watch a few episodes of The Qwaser of Stigmata. I think I just enjoy watching him get embarrassed and squirm.

Well it does get a little uncomfortable with me at times but as long as the Anime has an interesting storyline I'll keep on watching. Like for Example The Testament of Sister New Devil is a little to much for my liking but I really enjoy the Characters and how on each episode the storyline gets more interesting ..

I agree with Amberlianne, at the end of the day it really is about maturity! In saying that, as a straight female I don't mind a bit of Ecchi or a good fan service. It's funny!

Personally, I am a straight female and i don't know what it is about ecchi that tend to find appealing. It's same thing yuri... :/
I think it just depends on the story line and character development. (I didn't like Kiss X Sis because of the anime as a whole, but I enjoy Highschool DXD because I find the story interesting.)

Besides...I think for sure that I am not Bi or Gay.

I'm a straight female. The ecchi doesn't bother me at all, as long as there's a storyline I can follow. Hell, I wouldn't care if it was "definitely hentai", as long as the story is just as juicy.

Same goes for live action stuff.
