I was trying to watch Trinity Seven with italian subtitles, but the translation doesnt make any sense. It seems from google translate. If Crunchyroll is an official way to view anime, than why the translation is so unprofessional and bad?

Well you want me to re-translate every single episode (Its a show of 12 episodes) and send it to contact?

I dont know how Italian translation are made in this site but every single dialogue is invented by the translator and doesnt make sense with the action of the characters and with what is happening in the video. I checked the english translation (in the end i watched all 12 episodes with eng sub) and it was 1000000 times better. As an Italian what I learned is that your Italian translator doesnt know either japanese or english (or maybe is someone from an other country that didnt study italian very well), invents dialogues and doesnt know how to use Italian grammar very well. I hope I dont hurt someone feelings but since this site is "official", Im really disappointed with the low quality.

If you want to me to do a report of all 12 episodes and re-translate them i can do it, but not for free since it requires a lot of time

Edit: Searching with google I found out that there are lot of people in the Italian community that thinks crunchyroll translation in our language are really poor and low quality. And for this reason they are not willing to support this site by giving views or memberships. So Im asking...you are gonna do something about it or Crunchyroll doesnt care about reputation, quality and Italian viewers?

Like I said its not about 2-3 dialogues, but all 12 episodes are poor made (and from what im reading on google, all your series with italian subtitles are really low quality like Trinity Seven). In this contact what you want me to do? Sending only examples doesnt really do nothing in my opinion since EVERYTHING is translated really bad and Im not going to re-translate every single dialogue for sure (I have not the time for doing it for free). You want me to send what I wrote in this topic? And what does ensure me that Crunchyroll staff after reading it, will not just ignore me and keep doing a really bad job with all series with Italian subtitles?

if I were you, I would just find 2 or 3 major grammatical errors in 1 episode (With screencaps). and then send it along with the, "it's like this throughout the episode for all 12 episodes".

You are right, it's not your job to find all the mistakes... it's their editors job to make sure everything is as accurate as possible.

Ya i will do it.

But i have a concern and it is simple: somebody will listen to me in /contact? If the staff that did this very awful job answer me, they can ignore me and keep doing whatever they wants because I checked and its been months since Crunchyroll started to sub in Italian language and every series with italian subtitles is really bad. Every single dialogue is invented, not accurate and with poor grammar. Everyone in the Italian community knows it and thats why a lot of people are avoiding this site. I have no idea why this is happening in an "official" site and I have no idea why nobody is doing nothing about it.
Its not about some mistake that can be fixed, the current staff that "translate" in Italian subtitles doesnt know either Italian, English or Japanese languages.

I honestly don't know if they'll do anything about it. (But I hope that they do, for their own sake lol). Customers' feedbacks should be taken seriously if proven true.

I think the customer support group is different from the translators group. So maybe a different person might answer you and possibly take the issue further.

But I get what you're saying, if all the Italian translators are amateur for example, then obviously the issue would be ignored... unless someone in the staffing pool can confirm/point out the inaccurate translations...

(You should also note in your feedback that it's not just a mere typo error, but complete grammatical errors for the whole episode and season).

You hit the problem really hard.
I dont think the english staff can help me, since even if they are really good at their job (I liked English translation), they dont know a word of italian, so they cant confirm im right or not. And since I guess all the italian staff is compromise and they are not doing their job (since every show has been translated poorly), they can just say "we are right and you wrong" and keep whatever they are doing.

So besides send screenshot, I wish the admins of Crunchyroll realize that this site have a bad reputation in the Italian Community for poor quality of translation and they need to make changes if they want keep streaming with italian subtitles (bad reputation=no italian viewers). Like I said its been months and nobody is doing nothing.
