Do you know how to parallel park?

Kinda. I'm not the best. I try to avoid it all costs.

Just like most other things, it becomes easy with practice. I'm a pro at parallel parking.

Easy peasy. I parallel park in my sleep... well, not literally. I've parallel parked a full-sized school bus before - I'm pretty sure I'm fine with any other vehicle between that and a motorcycle (size wise).

Rofl. Sounds like some of the people I've met here in America.
"Wait here, if a police officer comes - just take the car around the block a few times until I'm done."

I can't tell you how many times I've circled the same block and parallel parked in the same space without any issues.

Yep. I learned to drive in a 1985 suburban, and had to parallel park it all the time.

I remember my dad's glee as he drove that thing around downtown Chicago.

You can't drive around NY if you don't. Well you can but you can't park.

Not really, unless by parallel park you mean park on top of another car

Yes I do know how but the real question is, would I choose to parallel park? Hell no.

I have parallel parked a semi tractor and trailer. It was required to get a CDL A. After that, I may have attempted it approximately one time. There's almost always a better way to park anything.

I had to parallel park a fire engine to pass the test for my FD. Also had to parallel park an ambulance twice. Not that i ever use the skill, but I'm capable of it.

Technically yes since i had to on the liscence test, just barely passed that bit. But where i live in the decade i've been driving never once have i needed to. Plus with the turning radius/size of my truck (F-250 SD) it'd be a small miracle to get into a spot even with 0 cars around. haha

Yeah, parallel parking these are a bitch. Any vehicle that isn't straight frame can be a pill if it has articulation and length.

Traffic instructor that taught me how when I got my driver's license as a teen did a great job showing me what to look for as focus point on any vehicle. It's been a cinch ever since.
