I know since there are so many manufacturers to choose from, people have many different opinions on their favorite. So I am asking what is your favorite car manufacturer.

Mine would be Ford or Chevy.

Honda. Have a Ford, had a Honda. The Ford is more expensive to run and maintain, and I put about 6 times as many miles on the Honda for 1/6 the price. The major reason I haven't gotten another Honda is that my Ford is a SUV and I am a college student, so being able to haul is useful.

Honda for sure. I'm very influenced by my dad when it comes to cars, but all we've had throughout my family were Hondas. It sucks, because I would've gotten his '99 Accord LX sedan if a stupid deer didn't come out onto the highway and demolish it. I waited my whole life to get that car. I actually cried when I saw it towed away for good, because it was actually in the family from when I was a toddler up until I was 16. It was an old car, but it lasted a long time. Right now my dad owns a '03 Accord V6 sedan and my mom has the same only the 2011 model (which is kind of a big difference in appearance lol). Honda has really good motors and both my parent's cars sound the same when you start them up... it's like the '03 hasn't aged at all.

Only American car company I'd go for is Ford, otherwise Nissan. Granted Toyotas last forever but damn are they boring.

Lamborghini or Aston Martin. Lamborghini for the sheer outrageousness of their car designs, Aston Martin for the stylishness of their cars. Plus, who the hell would not want to own an Aston Martin DB5?

Ford or Chevy, I own both. Had two Dodges and the first one was enough.

If it's simple and it takes only a little time I'll do my own repairs.

I've done overhauls and complicated stuff in the past but I got tired of crawling around under a car or truck.
