For me it depends on the time of year. This time of year I require lots of sleep. Rest of the year, I'm not as sleep-deprived as I don't require as much sleep.

Yeah that is how it seems. The binge sleep of 14-18 hours nights seem be around same times.

I used to function on about 5 hours of sleep. 6-5 typically seems right during the summer too. In the winter... more like 6-7.

every few weeks I'll take a nap as well. Kinda needing a bit MORE sleep than usual as I get older.

Well, lately, I've been waking up at the slightest sounds, which is most definitely a thing.

And when I say the slightest sounds, I mean like people snoring through multiple doors and walls.

And I also find it hard to actually get to sleep, because anything except air is very uncomfortable, and air doesn't support the human body very well. (There's also the part where I've started talking to myself when I try to sleep.)

'Course, I function very well anyways, but still.. Come to think of it, I've also started having the weirdest dreams, lately..

I usually get about 4-5 hours asleep through the week, and even less on the weekends. For some reason I never feel tired, so I never feel the need to sleep for more then 5 hours. On the plus side, I am able to accomplish a lot since I am awake most of the time.

2-5 hours on a standard night. Past few weeks I've been lucky to get 1 full consecutive hour of sleep at a time.
Standard sleep schedule for me, bed anywhere from 3am-7am, up anywhere from 9am-1pm.
Only benefit, I've logged a lot of hours into anime these past few weeks. Catching up on all the shows.

My sleep schedule has shifted away from where i live (staying up late for european/korean stuffs, waking up early for west coast stuffs), so I do get little sleep. For some reason over weekends I dont sleep friday or saturday, but then sleep a lot on sunday (kinda a 30 hours awake 12 asleep then fix schedule)

Surely someone else does this
