I got it a few weeks ago, $20 off the normal $60. It took me a while to deal with some bugs in my computer that prevented it from downloading, but I was finally able to play it yesterday. I was really excited, but now I realise it's kinda just an enhanced version of the Sims 3....The new Sims editor is a bit confusing at first, but it's really detailed, and I like that a lot.

I'm upset that they removed a lot of things (or moved it around; I'm trying to figure things out). It bugs me. 4 was supposed to be even better with even more features. That's how it was advertised, at least.

It's kind of just the Sims 3 with a different interface, I guess. Though I do like it overall, I still feel like EA could do a lot more to improve the game.

I'd say it's like 6/10. What do you guys think?

The lack of the open world that was in The Sims 3 has killed it for me. The Sims 4 was fun, but after getting hit by loading screen after loading screen whenever I wanted to go somewhere else in the game that wasn't my plot of land got irritating, fast. That and I built a garage only to realize that there were no cars. I do like the editor changes though, but there are some derp moments there too. I shouldn't have had to look online how to rotate an object.

Huge disappointment... waste of money. Wouldn't recommend it to any old sims fan. Youtube and see for yourself.

I'd say that's a fair rating, although I might even put it at a 5/10.

It has great graphics, and I really enjoy the new emotion system, but not worth the money with everything they took out.
