This is a question that I've been very curious to see people's answer too. We've all been stressed out plenty of times in our everyday lives, and I'm sure you all have your own ways of handling it.

When I'm stressed out, I typically just listen to music and try to take my mind off whatever is causing me stress and just relax. I might also watch anime or play video games as those tend to take my mind off of things and give me a more positive attitude.

So, how do you manage your everyday stress?

(Also please tell me if this is already a thread)

Depends on the stress level. I'll read, play a game, watch anime, and my music is usually on if im not watching anything.

Sometimes i'll go running or do some sort of exercise. Other times i'll get out and just drive around while listening to my music, or go somewhere and pretty much just think it out there.

I tend to do a couple of things when stressed. Power napping or meditation is my usual go to. Otherwise, I usually do things I enjoy like watch anime, read manga/light novels, play games, play guitar, listen to music, or drink more than usual. While I enjoy programming, it raises stress.

I listen to music, draw, play my flute, code/program easy things. Like the other person said programming sometimes raises my stress level because of the amount of thinking it takes on certain subjects.

You can work out.. at home, or you can take a warm shower. I definitely recommend looking up fail videos on youtube, especially the "nut busting compilation" for guys.
