For me the best way to manage stress is to go exercise often and have a positive outlook on life. Taking a long hot shower and singing also help so much. With that said my weekdays are still very stressful so I have a lot to learn in this department.

Take a walk outside in a downtown area at early night.
Take a long shower in the dark.
Music.
Sleep.
And as a last resort, eat food.

Bottle it up and expect to remove a rather large tumor around the time I'm 30. I've lived in high stress environments since I was a child (7) and I never really figured out a functional coping strategy.

First, I need to calm down.
Second, I listen to musics.
Third, I eat.
Fourth, Sleep.
and Fifth I hug people. Just to relieve my stress

Enjoy it.

No, really. My most used coping mechanism is viewing myself from an outside perspective. I treat myself as a character that I'm watching, and bask in the internal conflict.

Unfortunately, that's about as far from productive as one can get in terms of coping mechanisms, since I don't really have any incentive to stop stressing out, aside from enjoying the train of thought that leads to the solution. I guess it's kind of an internal Munchhausen's Syndrome, where instead of looking for attention from other people, I hedonistically enjoy my own dramatic moments. Usually, my thoughts on the matter of my own suffering distract me from the suffering itself, and I can go about my normal business after that.

Well, I stash out on a lot of food....like a lot and go to my room with it all and get under my blankets and start eating. Usually the laptop gets involved and i start doing some crunchyrolling of hilarious dramas

I have social anxiety issues....so for me peace and quiet is the best medicine. Sadly no one around me realizes that so I don't get it as often as I'd like. Aside from book reading, anime watching, VN playing, MMO playing, I take a product called StressCare. All herbal and has helped me quite a bit over the past few months.

Wow just realized how much like a testimonial the above sounded haha.

I don't manage my stress, I keep it bottled and pent up until it corrupts me and causes permanent damage.
