Post Reply How do you manage stress?
Posted 1/23/15
1. I found that relaxation techniques help mitigate heightened stress considerably.

2. Also something I enjoy doing and listening to music.

3. Getting out of a stressful situation if possible.

When none of the above are possible, hang in there. Life is transient, and so is time.

Remember how big the universe is, and how we are all so tiny and completely irrelevant.

When I'm really stressed, I have to stay on top of eating because, I am naturally inclined to have a nearly non existing appetite. When its at its peak, it just takes time. For the every day things, running, exercising, and music helps.

My stress will reach different levels depending on how helpless I feel towards an issue. I currently work two jobs, 7 days a week so my stress level has to be managed accordingly or else I'm always in a bad mood which doesn't help resolve anything.

If i'm at work I do something that I'm not suppose to, for example if I should be helping customers I ignore them and hide in the back of the store until I feel more relaxed. Sometimes if it is slow I go find one of the many girls i work with and hang around her. If she isn't busy, girls love to talk about their day, so I just start that going and listen to relax.

If i'm i've returned home and I'm carrying stress from work on my shoulders I retreat into my computer room and focus on a website or a game that I know like the back of my hand. Speaking of hand, sex or masturbation is actually a great stress relief. It sounds funny, but the human body is still just a machine with needs and wants. Never feel ashamed at understanding your own body and how to respond to it.

i don't, all forms of stress release it temporary and it comes back worse for me.

my best bet is to just shove it into a pit and hope it stays there. been my method for as long as i can remember and it hasn't blown up yet. imma probably develop a tumor or some health issue at a later point though.

Watch anime or masturbate, lol.
Do anything that relaxes you, or you enjoy.

Sleep, talk to friends, read a book, go on my phone, use the Internet; just get my mind off it.

There is one combination of things that causes me to completely relax and be happy for (probably) the rest of the day:

Food (with meat) + Beer (wheat beer / Weizenbier) + Anime

If I could only have enough money to be able to eat meat every day.
(The cost of beer is not a problem in Germany)
