Depends on the type of stress. I usually workout, listen to music, read or write/draw.

Depends on the type of stress...

For most things:
-Listen to music
-Play video games
-Watch anime
-Look at porn/hentai (occasionally)

If it's because someone is pissing me off for some reason:
-Listen to (loud) death metal or other "angry" music, somewhat ironically it helps to calm me down more than listening to something tranquil.
-Play more violent video games, preferably something with online competitive multiplayer so I can take my frustrations out on someone else without causing any hard feelings. First and third-person shooters, or fighting/beat 'em up games work best. It really makes me miss the free to play game Rakion at those times.

Regardless of the type of stress, I tend to shut myself away from other people simply because I want to be left alone at those times. Having to deal with other people will only add to the stress, regardless of the source.
