So last week i noticed i was unable to log into my crunchroll account. The password had been changed along with the e-mail associated with the account. I had just recently resubscribed for a year of all access so this is a pretty hefty sum on money lost if i am unable to get my account back.

Can someone please assist me?

If you haven't already done so, it would be best to contact support directly, as they will no doubt need information from you that cannot be provided in an open forum.

Out of curiosity, was the password you used at CR also used elsewhere, or have any other accounts you used the same e-mail been compromised?

When did you first email them? From what I've heard, support is slower on the weekends, and they're still working on catching up on tickets after the Christmas DDoS attack.

I have seen a couple threads over the past week or two where support was able to help recover the account.

In the future, you should make sure that all your passwords are both complex and unique to each site. With the rash of lost account reports recently, it seems like some other site had a data breach, and duplicated passwords were used to gain access to CR.

I sent the e-mail to the CR back on the 14th or so. I don't use this password anywhere else. I was just more worried about the slow response to this issue. If they are still backed up i understand was hoping to maybe get an employees attention since i wanna limit the amount of time whoever stole the account has access to it.

That is a long wait.

If you haven't yet, I would definitely suggest talking about this matter with your bank. It's probably going to be better to contest these charges earlier than later, and if they can put a block on purchases to CR without canceling the card, I don't see why they couldn't lift it again when you get this sorted.

Yeah im hoping to avoid doing that and getting the account closed down or something, but if it comes down to no response soon i will more than likely need to take that action. Lets just hope someone actually replies to me soon. I will give it till wed when it will have been a week.

I reverted the email change on your regular account. Please request the password on your account asap.
Also change the password on every account at other sites and services you used email address/username on, as well as the password of your email account itself. Your email/password combination was probably compromised in the hack of another website in November of last year.

If you are sharing your internet access/computer with others, make sure to log out of your session when you are done using it.

So i went to put in my email to recover my password and it said the email was not with the account. am a premium member. and i can't get on to my account. i contacted support and i was wondering how long of a wait am looking at.
