A month ago I noticed My account was hacked and email address changed. I requested help from support every other day for almost 4 weeks with no answer back. I finally got a request more info. so i sent it. Now 6 days later I'm still waiting. I'm still paying for Premium but can't use it plus I'm getting extra charges now for i have no fricking clue.
I figure my choices are I can wait and hope support does something in the next moth or so. While my bank account diminishes. Or I can block all transactions from crunchyroll and avoid it like my stepmother.

I reverted the email change on your regular account. Please request the password on your account asap.
Also change the password on every account at other sites and services you used email address/username on, as well as the password of your email account itself. Please run a virus scan as well. Your email/password combination was probably compromised in the hack of another website or stolen via a backdoor on your computer.

The intruder probably messed with your premium settings, let me know if anything in that regard needs fixing.

I would like to chime in as well. My account was stolen, however in the process $850 was charged to my card as well, I have received a response from Bjaker on Monday, and haven't heard since then, even though I requested an update twice. Very frustrated as I've been nothing but polite and patient, and disappointed by lack of communication.
