I tried to log into my account a few weeks back and found that the site didn't recognize my email address any more. I put in a ticket to Crunchyroll support that day, but it's been over two weeks and I still haven't heard back from them. Can anyone help?
On a side not, whoever stole my account also used my credit card to buy a monthly guest pass that they then sent to me (for some reason). Should I contact Crunchyroll or my bank to get this charge reversed?

Same thing happened to me. I'm sure they just "gifted" you and then proceeded to change the email associated with your old account so that you can't change the password. I'm also unable to access my account. I've been trying to send emails to the support staff, but since they're busy I haven't gotten a response back. If it doesn't get solved in a few days I'll be forced to do a stop payment with the credit card on file.

Hi Guys,

Best option is to contact your company and stop payments on your cards. That's the fastest way to solve it (and to prevent future problems on your accounts)

I can't help you but I'll ping support to see if they can escalate the issue.

Changed your old email back in. Please reset your password immediately.

Also change your passwords for other services you used with the same combination. Furthermore scan your PC for viruses.
