I tried logging into my account on Sunday the Jan 18 2015. It now seams that my original account e-mail is no longer attached to my Crunchyroll account. My last login was on Jan 11 2015

I have sent a Support ticket using the same e-mail but have not gotten any word back.

My credit card is still active on the account and instead of canceling it. I was curious if a Admin/mod could fix this issue by fixing the e-mail issue.

I was Looking through the Forums to find a similar situation and found one that was fixed yesterday or a few hours ago so im hoping the same could be done. i will check back regularly

The Account in question is

User: mikess88

E-mail that should be attached to the account

E-mail: [email protected]

Please note - i have been a Premium member i believe for the past 2 years. So i can provide details on the history of the account if needed.

Hope this can be resolved quickly

Since shinryou seems to be the most responsive to these accounts, I quoted him so that your issue is a bit more visible.

What is up with the stolen accounts lately. Kind of a red flag with so much happening in such a time period.

CR hasn't stated there was any data leak from the DDoS attack. Without more details, it's hard to tell from the outside if accounts with weak passwords ("password", "123456", etc.) were brute-forced, or something more sophisticated happened.

Still, after seeing multiple threads about stolen accounts, I did go ahead and change my password the other day, just in case.

Noted and done. Then again, all I have on these account are dummy email and my title on top of my avi picture thingy. "LAWL"

From what I can tell, the intruders are using log-in data dumped during the hack of another site. The people who are being compromised were basically using the same email/password combination across several sites, so they were easy to get in.
