Benzodiazepines, opiates, and weed. Preferably in combination. DMT is my favorite hallucinogen though, especially in its smokable form.

WOW REALLY! Sure glad I also don't drink coffee or soda! And you pretty much know that's bull shit right. Illegal drugs wreck havoc on your brain you get high for a reason.

Wreak havoc on your brain. First of all, using the term "illegal drugs" is pointless because any substance that goes into your body & causes a neurological (physiological) reaction is classified as a drug. Legality is a moral argument that is irrelevant to the physiological manifestation.

Secondly, just wow. Not sure at how far to dumb this down for you, but I'll give it a crack. (pun intended) - "Wreaking havoc on your brain" you are most likely discussing neurotoxicity & damage to the synapses & or synaptic cleft.

Well first I guess I should explain to you how your mind works huh? - In lay man's terms, your mind's functionality occurs through electrical impulses called an action potential. Action potentials are fired from neuron to neuron by changing the electrical potential of the membrane so sodium and potassium ions can flood the neuron's potassium gate, causing an imbalance & a surge (firing) of the next AP.

That tad bit is important to understand why synapses get fried: when neurons are firing AP's - especially when we are discussing abused substances - there CAN be an over firing depending on how that substance effects the cleft. Is it inhibitory, excitatory, etc. Then after that we would have to define what exact neurotransmitter are we discussing because we need to know which pathway system in the brain the neurotransmitters will flow from?

Even if we did get down to it - the fact remains that you are vastly over generalizing everything lol. Most drugs really don't have long term damages or effects, especially if you aren't even a chronic user aka more than 3 times a week. Drugs can simply alter the way your pathway systems function and can slightly modify how your synaptic cleft responds to Neurotransmitters in general. - Alteration of a pathway doesn't correlate to being negative though.

There certainly are harder drugs than others; some that will do quite a bit of damage to your pathway systems & neurons. MDMA is one of them - Serotonin Syndrome is always a real threat if people are abusing it recklessly; however, that argument can be made for almost any substance.

Well - that's a half-assed breakdown. So much more that I'd have to explain and go into to make it a truly informative piece, but hey - im just here to end a misconception so

I laughed abnormally hard at that. You shouldn't have gotten your vaccines & you'd be safe!

On a more serious note with my ulcer I prefer not to drink at all. Even when I did drink I never let it get even to the point of ataxia despite my dad and uncle's best efforts.

My most frequently taken drug outside of proton-pump-inhibitors is cyclobenzaprine for when my old injuries come back with vengeance. (spasms)

Alcohol and caffeine, but not at the same time. I've had Irish Coffees and the like, but putting the two together just never took off with me.

Caffeine withdrawal is also terrible. I don't think I could stop drinking coffee daily unless my life depended on it.
